Terms & Conditions – UMA Support & Care PTY LTD

By engaging UMA Support & Care’s services, you agree to the terms outlined below and in your signed NDIS Service Agreement.

1. Service Eligibility

Services are available to NDIS participants with active plans. You may need to provide plan details before starting support.

2. Booking and Cancellation

Appointments require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for changes.
Short notice cancellations (under 7 days) may incur fees per NDIS Pricing Arrangements.

3. Your Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate information about your needs and goals

  • Respect our staff and services

  • Communicate any changes in your plan, health, or preferences

4. Our Responsibilities

UMA Support agrees to:​

  • Deliver safe, respectful, and timely services

  • Maintain your privacy and dignity

  • Actively communicate and collaborate with you and your supports

5. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and logos remain the property of UMA Support & Care. Use without written permission is prohibited.
